Gypsy and Lancaster Project.
Workover project located in OK with substantial upside potential. Currently producing 7 bopd but can be doubled with replacement of pump jack on 1 well. 8 wells total including an injection well. A gas line also needs to be installed to harness the 70 mcf of gas that the 1 current operating well is producing. Our engineer thinks the right of way acreage for the gas line should be bought and drilled for gas wells. Substantial acreage surrounding the two leases is also available for sale. Once rework is complete, project will produce at least 30 bopd plus gas.
